    COMOBOCA will cover all customs duties and tariffs, customers will not have to pay any extra fees upon delivery.

  2. Extended Shipping Time
    It will take about 10 business days for us to process, followed by an additional 4-5 business days for shipment, meaning total delivery may take around 15 business days from the shipping date.

  • A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received and we will begin to process your order as soon as possible.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

 

Note:

  • The delivery time does not include the required processing time. (which is usually 2 working days).
  • If you have requested an item to be customized or monogrammed, please allow four or more working days within the processing time.
  • Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses(APO, FPO).
  • Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.

 

Pre-sale Items

If your order contains pre-sale items, your order will not be shipped until the pre-sale items are in stock. We're sorry that we do not support split shipment at the moment.


 

Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Right to Cancel an Order: Customers have the right to cancel their order before it has been shipped without any charges. To cancel an order, please send an email to support@cbcashmere.com.
  2. Confirmation of Cancellation and Refund: After the cancellation is successfully processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. COMOBOCA will refund the amount paid to the original card for the purchase.
  3. Cancellation Restriction after Shipment: If the customer receives confirmation that the product has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, the product will be delivered as planned, and the customer may return it according to the procedure outlined in the return policy.

  • Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.
  • A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving your receipt.
